The recommendations for tipping are such:
Waiters: 10-15% depending on quality of service
Porters: +/- R5 per suitcase
Guides, Rangers & Lodge Staff: R100 to R200 per person per day (This is totally dependant on what you feel comfortable with and what level of service you receive).
