The shared and unfenced border with the Kruger National Park allows animals’ free range and ensures that guests to the area have the opportunity to view the greatest diversity of wildlife that Africa has to offer.
The Timbavati Reserve offers numerous species of game and birdlife abound in the Reserve, the most famous of which are the "white lions". There are also over 147 other species of animals within the park, including the "Big Five” and the endangered wild dogs.
