6 Day Sabi Sand and Kruger Park Private Game Lodge Safari

On arrival at Johannesburg International Airport, guests are met by an African Sands representative who will present them with their documents for their safari experience in South Africa

After looking through the documentation, guests will have the opportunity to ask the African Sands Representative any questions they may have. All of our team have years of experience in conducting tours throughout South and Southern Africa. They should be able to answer any questions guests might have regarding their holiday. 

Guests will then be walk through to the domestic departures terminal and assisted with their check in formalities for their flight to Skukuza.

On arrival at Skukuza Airport, guests will be transferred to Idube Private Game Reserve

The late afternoon is at leisure for you to explore your surrounds.

Tonight you will depart on your first game drive with your ranger and tracker in search of the famous “Big Five”. Perhaps you will see a lion on the hunt?

Return to the lodge in time for dinner

Early morning wake up call

Enjoy a quick cup of tea before departing on another game drive in an open 4X4 safari vehicle conducted by your experienced ranger and tracker. The possibility of finding predators on a kill made during the night adds to the excitement. The safari returns to camp for a late breakfast.

After breakfast, transfer to Lukimbi Safari Lodge in a private concession in the Kruger National Park  

Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch. 

Late afternoon at leisure to explore your surrounds and relax. 

Depart in the early evening for your game drive in search of the nocturnal Big Five 

Return to the lodge for dinner. 

A typical day in the bush starts early with a wake up call by your game ranger before departing on a game drive in search of the Big Five. Watch the sun rise over the African veld. Magical!  Return to the lodge in time for breakfast. The morning is at leisure, or you can go on a game walk with your game ranger - this is a fantastic way to get up close and personal with nature and learn a lot about the nature all around you. Lunch is at the lodge and the afternoon is a perfect time to have a relaxing siesta listening to the call of the wild all around you. In the late afternoon, depart on your evening game drive. This is the perfect time to search out the more nocturnal animals -  who knows, you might spot a Lion on the hunt! Return to the lodge in time for dinner.  Weather dependant, dinner could be served in the middle of the bush with night sounds of Africa dancing around you!

Golf can be arranged for you at Skukuza Golf Club, Leopard Creek Golf Club or Sabie River Golf Club  (optional extra)

Enjoy your final game drive searching for the Big Five before returning to the lodge for a hearty breakfast

After breakfast check out of your room and meet with your driver who will transfer you to the airport.
